About ZUBRA COLORS

ZUBRA COLORS grew out of a passion for natural materials and beautiful interiors. We have worked with decorative plasters and paints since 2015 – first as applicators and distributors, and today as the makers of our own Limewash paint.

The brand is run by two brothers, Leo and Alex.

Leo leads the development and day-to-day care of Limewash. He tests, advises and teaches – helping customers choose a colour, a technique and, now and then, the courage to change a room.

Alex is an experienced applicator and decorative finishing artist. Years of working with many techniques and materials shape both the wider ZUBRA COLORS range and our Limewash paint itself, technically and aesthetically. He also looks after the Limewash project every day: advising customers, testing new solutions and refining the product. His hands-on approach and eye for style have a real effect on the quality, durability and final look of our paint.

We are based in Wrocław, Poland, and our mission is simple:
Limewash should be available to everyone – wherever they live, whatever their budget or experience.

That is why we sell 100% online – no showrooms, no barriers. Instead you get clear step-by-step instructions, testers and one-to-one support, so you can try our paint in your own room, on your own terms.

ZUBRA COLORS Limewash is our own formula, made for us (and for you) in Italy. Natural and mineral, it dries to a deep, breathable finish that changes how a room looks – and how it feels.

Today our paint is on walls in homes across Europe – from Paris and Prague to Gdańsk.
