Refund policy
At ZUBRA COLORS, every Limewash paint is freshly prepared to order – we mix the base and pigment individually for each selected shade. We do not keep ready-made stock. That’s why we strongly recommend testing the product before making a full purchase.
How to avoid unnecessary returns?
- Order a paper color card to see the shade in your own interior light.
- Order a 250 ml tester together with Prep Coat and paint a small section of the wall. Check the coverage!
- Check the coverage values provided on our website – tested in practice.
This way you can be 100% sure that the result matches your expectations.

Conditions of return
- Products can be returned only if unopened and unused.
- Packaging must allow resale as new.
- Returns are not accepted if the product is opened, damaged, or incomplete.
Please always contact us before sending back a product so we can confirm details.
Refund Policy
Refunds are possible once we receive the returned products and confirm that they are in undamaged and resellable condition. To process your refund, please provide us with the necessary details (bank account or payment method used). Refunds are usually completed within 7 business days after we receive and check the return.
