Shipping policy
At ZUBRA COLORS, we ship orders across the whole of Europe. All parcels are carefully prepared and dispatched from our Manufacture base in Poland.
Order preparation time
- Standard preparation: 2–3 business days
- Custom colors or larger orders: may require additional time – we will notify you if this is the case
Delivery time
All international deliveries are handled mainly by DPD (and trusted courier partners). Delivery speed depends on the distance from Poland, but typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery costs
- Orders above 150 EUR – Free shipping
- Orders below 150 EUR – Flat fee 15 EUR
We always choose the most suitable courier option depending on the size and type of your parcel (e.g., testers, Limewash paint cans, large buckets). If special handling is required, we will inform you in advance.
